We reserve the right to refuse service, modify or discontinue any offerings, or deny access to any user, at our discretion.

 

 

3. APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS

All bookings made through our site or through platforms like Urable are subject to availability and confirmation. GhostAutomotive LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule appointments with or without notice in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

4. PAYMENTS

All payments are due at the time of booking or service completion unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Card (processed securely via Stripe, Affirm, or Afterpay)

  • Cash or other pre-approved offline methods

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing is time-limited and conditional. You agree not to dispute valid charges or commit fraud via chargebacks.

 

 

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Refunds may be provided at the discretion of GhostAutomotive LLC and are not guaranteed. No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to fees or forfeiture of deposits.
